Digital Fellows
The purpose of Digital Fellows is to offer faculty/instructors an opportunity to make a change in their pedagogy to elevate learning at SNC. This cohort model will encourage instructors to enrich their teaching and learning with the use of innovative digital pedagogy. Centered around student learning and backed by research and feedback, digital fellows will disseminate what they have learned through their experiences with these transformative initiatives to the campus community.
PRACTICING DIGITAL FELLOW
This Digital Fellow opportunity is for faculty/instructors who want to implement a change in their pedagogy or scholarship that includes an aspect of digital pedagogy, open education, hybrid and online learning, information literacy, digital literacies/competencies/citizenship in students, and/or other creative approaches to teaching and learning, while incorporating inclusive design. Instructional design and tech support will be available throughout this process.
For this opportunity, applicants will propose, review, implement and disseminate their initiative in a cohort model throughout the academic semester.
If approved, the fellow is eligible for the $1000 per semester stipend once dissemination is complete.

Resident Digital Fellow
This Digital Fellow opportunity is in the form of a learning community facilitator. It is designed to support St. Norbert College’s faculty/instructors who wish to explore changes in their teaching practice that elevate student learning through the use of digital pedagogy, open education, hybrid and online learning, inclusive design, information literacy, digital literacies/competencies/citizenship in students, and other creative approaches to teaching and learning. Instructional design and tech support will be available throughout this process and will be offered for the learning community collaborations.
For this opportunity, applicants will propose, plan, and facilitate a cohort of members that meets regularly to share expertise and work collaboratively throughout the academic year.
If approved, the fellow is eligible for a $1000/semester or $1500/year stipend once dissemination is complete.
