Digital Fellows

Digital Fellows

The purpose of Digital Fellows is to offer faculty/instructors an opportunity to make a change in their pedagogy to elevate learning at SNC. This cohort model will encourage instructors to enrich their teaching and learning with the use of  innovative digital pedagogy. Centered around student learning and backed by research and feedback, digital fellows will disseminate what they have learned through their experiences with these transformative initiatives to the campus community.

Current Digital Fellows

Spring 2026 Digital Fellows

The fellowship is designed to build campus-wide capacity for thoughtful, responsible, and creative use of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning. Through sustained professional learning, fellows will develop AI literacy, fluency, and agility while actively assessing current AI initiatives and learning needs at St. Norbert College. Each fellow will design and implement an AI-inclusive pedagogical activity within a Spring 2026 course, with the option to extend or deepen existing instructional work. Fellows will also contribute practical resources to SNC’s AI Initiatives and share project outcomes through a public-facing blog post and ongoing conversations across campus, helping to spark dialogue, collaboration, and innovation around AI-informed pedagogy.
